Information for Advertisers

1. Free unmoderated messages on the OZTL_net discussion list

Promotional messages are permitted on the OZTL_net discussion for job advertisements from individual schools and educational authorities (not private employment agencies or locums) and announcements from those seeking work. In some instances ‘giveaway’ announcements may also be arranged by contacting the OZTL_net Manager.

Employment related posts should use the subject line keyword ‘JOBS‘, while Giveaways should use the ‘GEN’ subject line to introduce the message.

2. Classified Advertisements on the OZTL_net discussion list

The content for commercial (classified) messages to OZTL_net must be approved by the OZTL_net Manager.

The message SHOULD NOT be forwarded directly to the OZTL_net public list. All posts of a commercial nature sent directly to the public OZTL_net list and NOT to the OZTL_net Manager will be invoiced at $250 per message.

OZTL_net Advertisement Posts Policies:

• ADVERTISEMENT posts will be charged a standard fee of $125 (GST inclusive) for profit and non-profit organisations such as schools, professional associations, education systems and individuals. ADVERTISING posts are one-off posts. Lengthy posts should be avoided since this is likely to offend and will therefore be counterproductive.
• ALL ADVERTISEMENTPOSTS MUST BE PREPAID. Therefore, any messages that are potentially of a commercial nature should be sent to OZTLNET_admin@csu.edu.au.
• A maximum of 6 ADVERTISEMENT posts are permitted per year.

Procedures for Advertisement Posts

PRIOR TO being posted to the discussion list:

• Email OZTLNET_admin@csu.edu.au with your classified post inquiry.
• Once approved, process your payment via the OZTL-net Online Shop.
• Send a copy of your receipt to OZTLNET_admin@csu.edu.au.
• Regular customers may process payment immediately, and send a copy of the receipt with the post request directly to the OZTL_net manager.

3. Annual Sponsorship Package for OZTL_net

A Sponsorship Package provides the opportunity for a product partner to enter into a positive sponsorship arrangement with OZTL_net.

A range of 12-month Partnership Packages are available with the following options:

Gold Sponsor (1 Only):

This is a first tier sponsorship opportunity, providing value for the annual promotion of your product or service.

Rate: $3,800

• 1 company logo on the OZTL_NET portal homepage with hyperlink to your website.
• 1 company logo on the Discussion List and Signup page with hyperlink to your website.
• Classified promotion of company events or products x 3 per calendar month.
• Promotion of company events or products on Facebook x 3 per school term.

Silver Sponsor (2 Only):

This is a second tier sponsorship opportunity, providing value for the annual promotion or your product or service.

Rate: $2,800

• 1 company logo on the OZTL_NET portal homepage with hyperlink to your website.
• Classified promotion of company events or products x 2 per calendar month.
• Promotion of company events or products on Facebook x 2 per school term.

Bronze Sponsor (Limited Number):

This is a third tier sponsorship opportunity, providing value for the annual promotion of your product or service.

Rate: $1,800

• 1 company logo on the Discussion List and Signup page homepage with hyperlink to your website.
• Classified promotion of company events or products x 1 per calendar month.
• Promotion of company events or products on Facebook x 1 per school term.

Procedures for Annual Sponsorship Arrangements

To make arrangements for annual sponsorship:

• Email OZTLNET_admin@csu.edu.au with your annual sponsorship inquiry
• Once approved, process your payment via the OZTL-net Online Shop.
• Send a copy of your receipt to OZTLNET_admin@csu.edu.au.
• Regular customers may process payment immediately, and send a copy of the receipt with the post request directly to the OZTL_NET manager.
